It was super-easy to assemble, and very easy to fit into the doorframe. Been using it for about a month and its been superb. It's a straight bar that allows narrow and wide grips The grips are comfortable, and you can remove them if you would rather just get a hold of the metal

I was a little skeptical before buying this pull up bar, wondering if I would safely be able to do pull ups in my home, with this device simply hooked onto my door frame. Well, it's solid. I'm using it on a standard door frame and it easily holds my weight. I'm glad I didn't get rooked on a gimick. This device works and it's safe.

Amazing. Had trouble finding a door way to put it in do to my house being old .But when I did it worked like a charm. My first order got lost in shipping soo after talking to warrior shed support they sent me a replacment one ,and when the original was found they let me keep it for free
